If you experience issues with your device please contact the Rinker Technology Center. 863-616-6426. The following devices are not supported on any FSC network:

Please note: Because security protocols differ among devices FSC cannot guarantee connection for all TVs, gaming consoles, and other streaming media devices. FSC ITS does not block access to specific devices (other than those listed in the above paragraph).  However, if a student is unable to connect with a particular device because of the device's specific security protocol there is an option to purchase an individual Spectrum internet connection by contacting Spectrum at 855-243-8892. During normal business hours, M – F, 8 am to 5 pm.  You will need to request a new account and provide Spectrum with your building’s physical address (if needed, this information is obtainable through Student Life) and your residence hall room number. Students who elect to obtain an individual internet connection are responsible for their Spectrum bill and stopping or transferring services when departing the college.
